I'm sad. I'm trying so hard to find a tool that works for me. I've been using Photoshop for like 3 1/2 years and I still barely know a thing about it. Lol and just yesterday, my dad got me Open canvas, and I'm having fun with it ... But I still can't make nice art. > .>" I try allot of tutorials ... but pfff, deviant art only has so much.
I think I just need tips and things. Things you guys know that I probably don't. So basically what I'm asking for is for some advice and stuff~ (smiley) Tell me the things you guys know about drawing and what makes your art so pretty~ (smiley) Things you do to enhance your art pieces and stuff. What I really want to improve on is my lineart. I like my coloring, it's ok I suppose. But I'm never satisfied with my lineart. It never looks right~ >-< I make my lineart in the drawing tool. Maybe that's not the smartest thing to do? Seems to me like everyone sketches their lineart on a sketch book first, and then scans it and trace it in PS. >< I'm so confused~! (smiley) AND I HATE THAT DAMN PEN TOOL!!!! I'll never learn how to use it!!
